• Single-room surcharge for suites and double-rooms Euro 30,-- per person and night
• Underground garage parking space: free of charge
• For your four-legged friend, there is a surcharge of €8 per day (without food)

• From 6 to 14 years we offer you 50% reduction for the daily price
• From 15 to 18 years we offer you 10% reductioon for the daily price
• Booking demand:

We always need a written confirmation (by mail or fax). From the time of the reservation you have 14 days, deposit to pay the required. Only after receipt of payment posting the fix. In case of cancellation, your deposit as a cancellation fee withheld and for your next stay well written. If you cancel your room only in the short term (within 14 days before arrival) will deposit withheld.

Cancellation policy 

• up to 60 days before the holiday begin: no charges 
• from 60 to 7 days before the holiday begin: 3 days will be charged 
• from 7 days before the holiday begin or with early departure: 50% of the whole amount will be charged
