Booking information and cancellation conditions


Reservation:

We always need your written reservation via letter, fax or e-mail. The reservation is only valid, when you put down a deposit of € 200 per person on our account. If you pass on your credit card details to us, we can make the down payment of € 200 per person.

Deposit:

For guests from non-EU countries the fees are higher; for those the payment via credit card is the best option.

Payment options:

You can pay your bill by cash, EC-card or credit card (Visa or Mastercard). An international cash machine is located near the hotel.

Reduction for children in parents‘ room:

Two full-price payers are required:

  • from 0 to 2 years: 100% from 3 to 5 years: € 25,– per day
  • from 6 years: 50%
  • from 15 to 18 years: 20%

Surcharges:

Single room surcharge € 30,– per day

Short-stay surcharge for less than 3 days € 5,– per person

Breakfast € 18,–

Dogs € 15,– per day (excluding food)

Packed lunch € 8,–

Cancellation costs:

  • up to 60 days before your holidays there is no charge
  • up to one month before your holiday 40% of the total amount is charged, up to one week before arrival 70% is charged, from one week to 0 days before your arrival 90% is charged

Local tax:

All our prices do not include local taxes. Guests older than 16 have to pay a daily fee of € 1,50.

Arrival:

Your room is available for check-in starting at 3 p.m.  For arrivals later than 6 p.m., please contact us via telephone.

Departure:

On your departure day, we ask you to vacate your rooms at 11 a.m. at the latest. On that day, luggage can be stored safely in our luggage storeroom. On the day of departure, you can also use our “Glacier oasis” and enjoy the buffet in the afternoon for a fee of € 25,–.

Room requests:

Please understand that we cannot always guarantee certain room numbers and floors. However, we can confirm the room category.

Dogs:

We are pleased to welcome your four-legged pet. However, you need to inform us in advance about your pet. An additional charge of € 12,– per day excluding food needs to be paid. Please note that pets are not allowed in the following areas: wellness area and restaurant.

Underground car park:

We also provide a free parking space for every room in the underground car park during your stay.
